NG-Test\u00ae CARBA-5 is a rapid in vitro diagnostic assay, for professional use only. It is a visual multiplex immunochromatographic (lateral flow qualitative assay for the detection and differentiation of the five most common carbapenemase families (KPC, OXA-48-like, VIM, IMP and NDM) from Carbapenem non susceptible pure bacterial colonies of Enterobacterales (including Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in healthcare settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
