QC Microorganisms for Daily Process Controls for Spoilage Detection Methods
Food microbiology labs rely on EZ-SPORE™ quantitative QC microorganism preparations to support their quality assurance programs as daily process controls for spoilage detection methods. EZ-SPORE™ preparations provide a guaranteed concentration of 104 CFU per pellet. For added convenience, a peel-off Certificate of Assay is included for quality control documentation. EZ-SPORE™ is packaged in a vial containing 10 pellets of a single lyophilized QC microorganism.
