bioTRADING Benelux B.V. takes the utmost care to ensure that the products meet the highest standards of quality. If despite this your expectations were not met, please fill out the external deviation form or send an email to support@biotrading.com

Please be prepared to provide:
– Article code
– Lot number
– Order number
– Delivery note number
– Number of units involved
– Nature of the problem
– If possible, please send pictures.

All claims for products must be made to bioTRADING within 8 business days after delivery.
