Description
A convenient specimen preparation kit for the processing of sputum specimens for Mycobacteria testing. The kit contains five 50ml TB Based Digestant, five ready-to-use NALC reagents, and detailed instructions for their use. The components of the kit comply with the CLSI guidelines. The kit does not contain phosphate buffer for the neutralization step of the procedure.
Phosphate Buffer rinse can be purchased separately.
