Description
Ready-to-reconstitute media bags for BPW HQ (ISO) contain exactly the correct amount of dehydrated culture media and supplements to prepare 20 L of enrichment broth. The dehydrated culture media contained in each bag has been sterilized via irradiation and needs reconstituting with sterile deionized/RO water.
Buffered Peptone Water (BPW) (ISO) is used for the non-selective pre-enrichment of a variety of microorganisms from food, including Salmonella spp. and Cronobacter spp. It's formulated to ISO 6579-1:2017, ISO 22694:2017, ISO 21528-1:2017, and ISO 12950:2010.
