NG-Test® CTX-M MULTI is a qualitative lateral flow immunoassay for the rapid detection of the five major groups in the CTX-M-type enzymes of extended-spectrum β-lactamases (ESBLs) produced by Enterobacterales, from a bacterial colony. The Rapid Tests detects enzymes belonging to CTX-M Groups 1, 2, 8, 9 and 25 including their most clinically relevant variants in the same cassette in less than 15 minutes from a bacterial colony .
NG-Test® CARBA-5 is a qualitative lateral flow immunoassay for the detection and differentiation the five most prevalent carbapenemases families (NDM, IMP, VIM, OXA-48 and KPC) and their most clinically relevant variants in less than 15 minutes from a bacterial colony.
Kit contents:
– 20 test cassettes in aluminium pouches with desiccant
– 20 Eppendorf tubes
– 20 disposable pipettes of 100ul
– 1 extraction buffer solution in a plastic bottle (4,5 ml)

NG-Test® MCR-1 is a qualitative lateral flow immunoassay for the rapid detection of Colistin resistance, in less than 15 minutes.
It detects the presence of the MCR-1 enzyme responsible for Polymyxin E (colistin) resistance in Gram Negative bacteria, from a bacterial colony.
